My Mate Ruth Is An Artist Don’t Ya Know
So I have a friend who is in the final stages of her art access course and is off to university in September to study illustration. As i type she is preparing for her final exhibition.
Ruth is 24, she lives and studies in Birmingham. Her art has always been a hobby since school but after working in the rat race for a few years she decided to take the plunge and get back into education, and take that hobby further.
I think she is quite talented, but then she is my mate so I guess i’m biased.

Ruth has asked me to let you know that the blog has not been updated for a little while as she has been busy preparing for her finals, and it’s a little disjointed as it was posted so that prospective universities could see some of her portfolio.
